Bob Carroll provides legal and tax counsel to individuals, small businesses, estates, and trusts. In addition to preparing tax returns of all types, he has extensive experience advising on the tax implications of various investment opportunities, asset dispositions, and the exercise of stock options.
Bob Carroll is both an Attorney and a C.P.A. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the State of Connecticut, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a C.P.A. in the State of New York.
Prior to expanding his law practice to Darien, Bob spent five years building his practice in New York City. Before that, his NYC experience included international tax and investment planning at a Big Four accounting firm and wealth management for high net worth clients at an international financial institution.
